Course objectives: To be able to identify various different types of cryptids and their defining characteristics. To be able to understand and use the new vocabulary found in animal classification. To be able to perform scientific analysis on cryptids as if they were real creatures. To be able to write accurate and detailed scientific posts in a wiki. To be able to appropriately argue/debate within a discussion forum, especially in terms of the existence or non-existence of cryptids. To be able to determine validity of primary, secondary and tertiary sources that have been used as evidence for the existence for certain cryptids
Diet and Nutrition
Want to look good? Want to be healthy? It’s no surprise that people who live longer, look and feel better tend to eat healthier. Yes, junk food tastes good, but the simple truth is this: the easiest way to live a longer life is to eat the right foods. Here’s a good rule of thumb: make sure 80 percent of the foods you eat come straight from nature. This means “real food” like vegetables, fruits, lean meat and dairy, nuts, beans, and whole grains. Skip the processed and fast food. It’s taking years off your life.
