수원대학교 글로벌인재대학은 글로벌 소통 역량, 문제 해결 역량을 갖춘 21 세기형 창조적 인재 양성을 목표로 다양한 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다.

글로벌인재대학의 교육 프로그램은 한국 학생들을 대상으로 한 필수 외국어 교육과 외국인 학생들을 대상으로 이루어지는 한국어/한국문화 및 전공 교육의 두 가지 축으로 구성되어 있습니다. 수원대학교에 입학하는 모든 한국 학생들은 1학년 수학 중 글로벌인재대학에서 운영하고 있는 AI활용 ESL1·2(AI-Assisted English as a Second Language1·2)과 AI활용 CSL1·2(AI-Assisted Chinese as a Second Language1·2) 과목을 필수적으로 이수하게 됩니다. 그리고 전 세계에서 모인 외국인 학생들은 1년의 기간동안 글로벌인재대학에서 한국어와 한국문화에 대한 집중적인 교육을 받고 2학년부터 본인이 원하는 개별 전공을 선택해서 해당 학과에 소속됩니다. 글로벌인재다학에서는 영어트랙을 운영하고 있으며, International Management과 Global Culture & Media 중 하나의 전공을 선택할 수 있습니다. 영어트랙에 참여하는 학생들은 2학년부터 4학년까지 국제대학 소속으로 해당 전공에 따라 전 과정을 영어로 이수하게 됩니다.

The International College at the University of Suwon operates a variety of educational programs with the goal of fostering creative, 21st-century talents equipped with global communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
The college’s educational programs are structured around two main pillars: required foreign language education for Korean students, and Korean language, Korean culture, and major studies for international students. All Korean students admitted to the University of Suwon are required to complete AI-Assisted ESL 1·2 (AI-Assisted English as a Second Language 1·2) and AI-Assisted CSL 1·2 (AI-Assisted Chinese as a Second Language 1·2), which are offered by the International College during their first year.
International students from around the world receive intensive education in Korean language and Korean culture at the International College for one year. From their second year, they choose their desired major and join the corresponding department. The college also operates an English-track program, where students can choose between majors such as International Management and Global Culture & Media. Students in the English track take all of their courses in English from the second through the fourth year under the International College.
