◎ 대학소개

글로벌인재대학은 모든 외국인 유학생들이 자신의 관심영역과 능력에 알맞는 전공 선택을 할 수 있도록 다양한 교과과정과 상담활동을 제공함으로써 자신의 미래를 설계하여 글로벌 사회에 세계를 무대로 활약하는 인재가 될 수 있도록 하는 맞춤형 교육을 실시하고 있다. 글로벌인재대학의 유학생들은 한국어, 영어, 중국어의 언어로 교육받게 되며 수원대학교에 개설된 모든 전공을 선택하여 이수함으로써 특정 전공의 국제학사로 졸업할 수 있으며, 특정한 전공을 선택하기 보다는 다양한 전공에서의 지식습득을 원하는 유학생들은 여러 전공 영역을 이수하여 졸업을 위해 필요한 학점을 취득함으로써 자유전공 국제학사로 졸업할 수 있다. 글로벌인재대학은 특히 외국인들의 문화간 소통능력을 양성하기 위해 외국인 교수들에 의해 개발된 다문화적 역량강화를 위한 형식적/비형식적 교과과정을 운영함으로써 세계화 시대의 인재가 지니는 필수역량인 문화간 감수성을 증진시키기 위해 노력하고 있다.

The International College provides a wide range of curricula and advising services to support international students in selecting majors that align with their interests and abilities. Through this personalized approach, students are encouraged to design their own futures and develop into globally competitive individuals who can thrive on the world stage.
International students in the International College receive instruction in Korean, English, and Chinese. They may choose and complete any major offered at the University of Suwon, allowing them to graduate with an international degree in a specific field. Alternatively, students who prefer to gain knowledge across multiple disciplines rather than focusing on a single major may complete courses in various fields and earn sufficient credits to graduate with an interdisciplinary international degree.
In particular, the International College strives to cultivate intercultural communication skills among international students. It offers both formal and informal curricula designed by international faculty to enhance multicultural competencies, thereby fostering intercultural sensitivity - an essential quality for individuals in the globalized era.
